News Center     Five Athletes from Jing'an Go to the Olympics ssued Time : Shanghai sent a total of 66 athletes to the Olympic Games, including 5 from Jing'an, who will join in events including men's epee fencing, women's epee fencing, men's volleyball, and classic-style wrestling. Wang Lei was a silver medalist of men's epee fencing at Athens Olympics. Coming back from Athens, he trained himself even harder and won a gold medal for individual epee fencing at the Turin World Championship. Zhong Weiping came sixth for women's epee fencing at Athens Games. Though this time they did not bring back any medals, their performances were nevertheless impressive at the Games.
