News Center     Jing’an is set to build National Civilized Urban District ssued Time : The title, “National Civilized Urban District”, is an all-round honor reflecting the overall civilization of an urban district. Over the past three years Jing’an has been following the guideline of “Stick to the double-high strategy and forge an international Jing’an” in building up its spiritual aspect of civilization and has notably upgraded its level of civilization and behavioral quality of citizens. In 2008 Jing’an District is to join the Second National Civilized City Appraisal. By focusing on “Welcome the Olympics and World Expo” to prepare for the appraisal, the district is striving to become a civilized urban area by observing the requirements of National Civilized Urban Area Evaluation System (2008).
