News Center     Career Development Services for Returned Overseas Talents ssued Time : Catherine Wang  王钰英 In less than one year, Qiu Bi Ying (Jing’an) Overseas Talent Service Center, established by Shanghai Qiu Bi Ying Consultant Firm, has provided career development guidance, credit planning, employment support and policy introduction services for scores of returned overseas talents. By focusing on the key difficulties and issues faced by overseas students  returning to China in recent years, the service center provides investment planning and business start-up services centered on foreign business planning and business establishment, by means of answering phone calls, online consultancy, face-to-face consultancy and agency. The consultancy services range from providing business establishment or job information; to career planning, payment planning for four social security funds, employment support policy, the time, expense & preparations of business start-up; to recommendation of professional talents to famous and Top100 Chinese enterprises & government agencies; to recommendation of academic personnel and provision of on-job training.
