All-suite Rendezvous Merry Hotel and economical hotel Jinjiang Inn opened or to be opened, along with the existing Yachts Apartment Hotel and Motel168, are trying to improve their services via excellence and standard evaluation programs.
Due to facilities construction and the increase of hostels and apartment hotels around, high-star hotels saw a relatively great decline in customer number and lease income. However, their business will pick up along with the completion of the construction, warmer weather and arrival of tourists for the Olympics.
