Ltd., one of Shanghai’s best-known hi-tech companies, boasts a leading Technology R&D center and gains a technology advantage over competitors. Last year it made a new breakthrough progress by exceeding an output value of 100 billion yuan. It only takes the company over three years to establish the world’s largest and most advanced Pneumatic Conveying Test Plant and R&D center and develop its own pneumatic conveying technology with a number of independent patent rights, breaking China’s import dependence in this sector and accomplishing what took the foreign counterpart 10 years to achieve. Jinshende is also remarkable for reducing cost and energy consumption for some biggest pneumatic conveying projects in China such as Fujian Refining’s polyolefin project when the cost was only half of the foreign counterpart’s offer and 13 million dollars were saved. In 2007, Jinshende’s tech helped another chemical company in Maoming to achieve doubled output with 50% less of air comsumption. This year, Jinshende not only has signed a number of contracts worth of 170 million yuan, but also embarked on efforts to go overseas.
