by Wang Yigang Standing at the northeast of Jing'an, Jing'an Sculpture Park is completed lately and opened to the public. Covering an area of 30,000 sq meters, this park has a modern-style layout featuring fashionable veranda, water landscape and light-emitting terrace. There are various spring plants including Japanese cherry, hydrangea, red leaves, photinia serrulata lindl and hemerocallis fulva, and traditional tree species such as plums, malus halliana koehne and camellia japonica. Also plenty of autumn plants can be found such as acer rubrum, a wide range of maple trees and maidenhair trees imported from Canada, combining scenes of different seasons and places in one park. The first sculpture settled in the park, named "Angelˇ¤Turtle" is created by Saulterre Georges, a French sculptor and the Chairman of Sculpting Artist Association.
