Additionally, fried glutinous rice with waxed meat and vegetables in lotus leaf, hot sweetened red bean cream with glutinous rice dumplings, and pan-fried glutinous rice cake augur well for continued success in the New Year. Available on the menu from February 7-21, the a la carte specialties highlighted include braised seasonal vegetables with fish maw in shark’s fin bone soup, sautéed cod fish with garlic and soya sauce, marinated gluten with honey beans and black fungus and many traditional Chinese festive dishes.
