Major Responsibility

General Office of People¡¯s Government of Jing¡¯an District of Shanghai is an integral part of People¡¯s Government of Jing¡¯an District. It is mainly responsible for drafting and auditing the documents to be issued by district government or general office of district government as requested and handling all documents; making preparations for the meetings of district government; drafting, organizing, printing and distributing the speeches for the leaders of district government; organizing and coordinating the district competitive activities of making contributions with practical actions; strengthening the communication and coordination among different regions to accelerate the implementations of all affairs of district government and improve the building and administration of residential communities; drafting the budgets for non-independent accounting sectors and well managing their executions; arranging the attendance of district government in an overall manner.
