Major Responsibility

It is mainly responsible for working out and implementing labor and security development program and supervising the acts that infringe labor and security laws and regulations; undertaking labor resources management and employment, migrant labor employment, occupational training, labor relationship adjustment, labor protection and enterprise welfare and coordinating and instructing labor contract system, collective negotiations, collective contract and handling labor disputes by law; planning and managing social service network for labor and social security; managing wage and income distribution in the district; developing the measures for wage and income distribution reform and total wages control; supervising and implementing lowest wage standard and standardizing wage payment; undertaking other assignments from district government and Municipal Labor and Social Security Bureau.
