Major Responsibility

1. Working out the detailed programs for general areas. 2. Allocating and managing the construction lands and reviewing and approving siting for construction projects. 3. Planning and managing the construction projects. 4. Supervising and inspecting the implementation of urban planning and dealing with illegal construction projects according to law. 5. Assisting other related departments to maintain and manage mapping signs and ensure the work of mapping. 6. Assisting other related departments to ensure cultural relics protection organizations in safety and safeguard modern excellent protected buildings. 7. Managing the archives for completion of works. 8. Undertaking the management of place names. 9. Fulfilling the assignments from district Party committee, district government and Municipal Urban Planning Bureau.
