Major Responsibility

It is mainly responsible for planning in an unified manner, coordinating and instructing administration by law; drafting regulatory documents of district government; reviewing and recording the regulatory documents of the departments; cleaning up and compiling regulatory documents; handling the cases of administrative reconsideration, participating in administrative litigation and response to administrative cases and handling administrative compensation cases of district government; carrying out the supervision for administrative law enforcement and qualification management for administrative law enforcement personnel; holding primary administrative decision hearing on behalf of district government; carrying out law audit and supervision for administrative acts like house removal; appropriately handling the legal affairs of district government and other departments; undertaking the reform of administrative approval system; carrying out promotion and training regarding administrative law enforcement; researching the general issues regarding administration by law and putting forward the relevant proposals and suggestions; undertaking other assignments from the leaders of district government.
