Major Responsibility

It is mainly responsible for implementing Party¡¯s and national guidelines and policies regarding the work of archives and working out and putting into effect the development plan on archives cause; developing rules and regulations and working procedure regarding archives and instructing, supervising and coordinating the work of archives; recording and managing important archives, organizing professional education and pre-work training; carrying out administrative law enforcement for archives; accepting the archives regarding key construction engineering and scientific and technological research projects in the district; being in charge of Archives Society of Jing¡¯an District.
