Major Responsibility

1. Implementing afforesting policies and regulations; working out and putting into effect the afforesting professional program, medium and long-term development plan and annual plan in the district. 2. Conducting public greening construction and management for parks, public greenbelt, street trees, old and valuable trees by law. 3. Reviewing and approving the transplant of trees and temporarily loan of greenbelt and auditing greening design proposal of construction project and administratively licensing the acceptance of completed greening projects. 4. Organizing urban greening promotion campaigns, carrying out mass greening activities; organizing urban greening statistics, survey of achievements and well managing archives. 5. Undertaking other assignments from district government.
