The Merchant Service Center in Jing’an District has been open since 28th September, 1998. It implements the mechanism of ‘One window acceptance, combined examination and approval, charging only once and tracing service’, offering high-quality service to those who make investment in Jing’an from home and abroad and making investors feel happy, trustingly, and worthy. 

There are 12 functional departments in the hall currently, including Administration of Industry and Commerce, Taxation Bureau, Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Culture Bureau, Health Bureau, Bureau of Environmental Protection, Alcohol Monopoly Bureau, Tobacco Monopoly Bureau, Foreign Economic Relation & Trade Commission, Food and Drug Supervision, Statistics Bureau and Finance Bureau. There are also 13 contacting departments to offer high-quality and convenience service to enterprises to help them register, including Labor Bureau, Bureau of Civil Affairs, Grain Bureau、Physical Culture and Sports Commission, tourist authority, Religion Bureau, Construction Commission, Traffic Management Institution, Personnel Bureau, Bureau of Public Security, Science and Technology Commission

The departments that are in the central hall implement ‘window acceptance and first-asking responsibility system’. According to the different needs of investors, the reception desk can offer synchronization service in time for enterprises to register.
